This team member will be responsible for heading all of our sales resources, activities, and sales reps. You must be able to provide the following:
- Close Sales.
- Work from your own home office.
- Meet once each week with core team, via teleconferance, web conferance, or in person in Akwesasne.
- Have your own relevant business license.
- Manage your own sales team.
- Manage the Resellers.
- Create & Deploy 5 Year Sales Plan.
- Targets, Leads, Customers
- Define highly focused targets.
- Use SugarCRM for documenting daily activities.
- Find Leads & add them to SugarCRM.
- Contact Leads to schedule WorkShops.
- Convert Leads to Customers in SugarCRM.
- Proficient use of Internet, TeleConferancing, Web Conferancing, Instant Messaging, and Email.
- Work with Advertising / Marketing to maintain image.

ADVERTISING/ MARKETING
This team member will be responsible for heading our Advertising and Marketing resources, activities, and their own team as needed. You must be able to do the following:

- Manage your own advertising team & resources.
- Create & Deploy 5 year Marketing Plan.
- Create & Maintain Product Funnels, Brand, Image, & Marketing Materials.

- Leave Voice Mail messages.
- Prepare mailings, new customer kits, sale kits.
- Schedule meetings, workshops, seminars, travel for team members.
